Arizona High School Democrats (AZHSD) is the state chapter of High School Democrats of America (HSDA). High School Democrats of America is a national political organization that serves as an entry point to Democratic politics for youth activists from across the country. With 2 seats on the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and a membership of 10,000+, HSDA works at local, state, and national levels to advance the ideals of the Democratic Party. AZHSD oversees operations within the state of Arizona including the local chapters.

Recognized as the official Democratic high school organization in the state, we aim to provide a powerful and collective voice for politically-active high school students. AZHSD dedicates its time to three primary sectors of engagement: informing, participating, and organizing. We engage fellow students to become active within the political system, advocate within their communities, and elect Democratic candidates to public office. By creating a platform for youth involvement in politics, AZHSD is shaping the future leaders of the Democratic party.
